AN HISTORIC COTTAGE ON RUSSIAN HILL WITH A MODERN TWIST

We had a great time renovating this charming, historical SF property for our client, who loves to surf. She wanted a modern update of this historical home, one of the original earthquake cottages built on Russian Hill after 1906. We upgraded the bathrooms with stylish, modern fixtures and finishes that give a nod to the classics. We also installed a wine refrigerator in the kitchen and created a custom entertainer’s hub in the dining room, perfect for hosting guests. Throughout the home, we chose ocean-themed photography to really make this home feel personal and to remind our client of her favorite hobby. The end result is a stylish sanctuary, hidden from the street amidst beautiful gardens with a laid back vibe.
